This procedure is for assisting new contributors in the submission of new packages, but all of those packages are already in the distribution. Why not submit those patches as bugzilla tickets filed against the appropriate packages, or better yet (and if appropriate) submit those patches to the upstream projects so that they will make it out to everyone?
