I've been helping work on the fedora GDB for the last 3 years. However, I recently changed my name, and my previous username had part of my deadname in it, so I wanted to have a new one.

Since it is impossible to change an account's username (see https://github.com/fedora-infra/noggin/issues/105, as an issue still open) I need to be added to the packager group once again

I can confirm that this is a successor account, and support adding Gwen to the packager group once more.
