Hi, I am asking for sponsorship of the IMSProg chip programmer package, as similar software is not available in Fedora.

Fedora doesn't sponsor packages, but people willing to introduce and maintain packages. Are going to submit the IMSProg for review and became the maintainer? Please see https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Joining_the_Package_Maintainers/ for more information.
