I'm the primary maintainer of boost and want to mentor my colleague ppalka as a co-maintainer.

Patrick has been doing package maintenance within RHEL for some time, so is familiar with RPM packaging. I will mentor him in the details of Fedora packaging and guide him through the process of helping me with the system-wide Boost updates.

To do this, we need ppalka to be added to the packager group, so I'm requesting sponsorship for him.
