And make sure they have agreed to the FPCA agreement in the account system.

Looks like they already have. :)

So, I have sponsored them into the packager group. They will need to logout and log back on to src.fedoraproject.org for it to refresh the group membership, then you should be able to add them to whatever package(s) you like.
