Kohei Tokunaga (FAS: @ktock, github: ktock) is the upstream maintainer for stargz-snapshotter (https://github.com/containerd/stargz-snapshotter/graphs/contributors).

I'm hoping to have him sponsored as a packager. I will work with him on any of his packaging needs and you can hold me responsible if anything goes wrong :D

They need to agree to the FPCA before they can get added to the packager group. ;(
