Raphael Zinsly (@rzinsly) and I co-maintain the upstream project libnxz. We would like to give him co-maintenance for the Fedora package too.
Could you sponsor him into the packager group so that he could become a co-maintainer of libnxz, please?

Done. They will need to logout and back on from src.fedoraproject.org to refresh group membership, then you should be able to add them.
