I currently maintain Dogtag PKI packages (e.g. pki-core, dogtag-pki) and would like to add ckelley as a co-maintainer. Please add him into the packager group. I will help him to learn Fedora Packaging Guidelines and the packaging tools.

One more thing, he just created his Fedora account, but I'm not able to tag him with @ckelley. Is something missing?

Please ask them to log to dist-git to sync their account.
Please notify him to subscribe to the required mailing list (devel-announce) and maybe the recommended ones (devel and packaging)

Please note that due to this bug:
https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10080
they won't be able to request new repos or branches.

Maybe because of the new account system? Or maybe they need to log once into Pagure?
