Hello,

is it possible to add @mcurlej into packager group? I would like him to be a co-maintainer of the tracer package

He will collaborate with me on providing a module for it.

I granted him the right. @frostyx will be good guide. I meet @mcurlej occasionally. Once the Covid situation softens I will make sure that I will fill any missing gap about packager responsibilities.

I do not have the right to close the ticket, but it can be closed now.
