I'd like to have Milos Malik, username mmalik, as a co-maintainer of the selinux-policy package, so requesting him to become a member of the packager group.
I have added them to the packager group, you should now be able to add them as a co-maintainer (although they may need to logout and back on to src.fedoraproject.org for the group membership to show up).

@kevin unfortunately, I was not able to add mmalik, got the following:
This user must be in one of the following groups to be allowed to be added to this project: packager
Checking https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/mmalik I cannot see packager in the list of groups. It's been 2 days, do I need to wait more time?

@mmalik needs to log out and back in to src.fedoraproject.org. Only then will it sync with FAS and add them to the group.
Resolved, thank you @ankursinha . I read the previous answer, but did not understood it properly, now it was absolutely clear.
