Hi,

Soji Ikeda (@ikedas) is an upstream developer for both sympa and a couple perl modules I'm maintaining in Fedora. Soji has been maintaining rpm packages for years and I've been working closely with him for years too, I'm confident in his packaging skills and understanding of the guidelines and I'll be guiding him whenever needed.
If no one objects, I will sponsor him.
