I'm -1 to you being sponsored, a few pending reviews doesn't qualify, what informal reviews have you done for other people?

It's a +0 at the moment from me, but easy to make it a +1.

Your submissions show a good understanding of the guidelines. As @leigh123linux said, could you please do a few reviews also (since reviewing others' packages is as important a duty of us packagers as submitting new packages is)?

I'm -1 to you being sponsored, a few pending reviews doesn't qualify,

I think aggressive haters should be isolated from the community, 'cause toxic atmosphere isn't good for collaboration. But, anyway, "Open Source community is full of assholes" (c).

could you please do a few reviews also

Not in next 2 months, vacation time. I'm not a newbie in packaging, you can check my job in Github and Copr.

But I'm really interested to get this app in Fedora by default and wonder why it's being ignored.

Now it will be extremely easy to find a sponsor, based on that kind of response :(

The whole point of the ticket is for sponsors to vote, and there is nothing wrong with them voting -1. It's how voting works.

Please take a minute to re-read your responses before you send them. Even when disagreeing, we do not resort to such remarks and behaviour:

So, the whole sponsor team should search your Github and COPR to validate your work? Doesn't it make more sense for you to provide this information to the team instead so that it's easy for us to give you our +1s?

It isn't being ignored. Someone just needed to package it, and now you have. That's how package maintenance works---volunteers that use packages help maintain them.

@paulcarroty : that wasn't the best response. If you're well versed with packaging, how hard is it to do a few reviews? So many packagers could use help with them here:

:disappointed:
