Can someone please sponsor Carlos O'Donell as a glibc co-maintainer and get him into the packager group so that he can commit changes to glibc.

Carlos is one of the upstream maintainers for glibc and will be taking over most (all?) of my glibc responsibilities over time. Obviously I'll work with Carlos on Fedora specific policies & procedures.

We will need at least his FAS account name; I can't seem to find it in the database. And of course he must already have accepted the various legal stuff.
