Please add Tony Garcia (tonyskapunk) to the packager group so he can co-maintain recap with me. He is the upstream developer and would like to get involved with the packaging. I work with him at Rackspace and agree to mentor him on packaging guidelines and tools.

I'm still getting the error "This user must be in one of the following groups to be allowed to be added to this project: packager" when trying to give tonyskapunk commit rights to the recap repo. I can see in the accounts app he is in the packager group. How long does that take to sync across the infrastructure?

A users groups are synced when they login. So, have them logout and login again and it will pick up their packager membership.
