Hello, I'd like to add jvymazal as a co-maintainer of the rsyslog package. He's already helping me with developing patches and solving BZ tickets related to rsyslog. I'll mentor him whenever needed and I'll review his modifications to the package. Thanks!

I have added them to the packager group. They should now be able to request acls for rsyslog, etc.
