I'm packager the lttng packages (lttng-ust, lttng-tools, babeltrace, userspace-rcu) and I would like to add a co-maintainer that's is not yet a packager.

is it possible to sponsor him, so he can help with the package maintenance?

I've done so. In a few minutes mjeanson should be able to request access to the packages in pkgdb.
