There's not so many recent reviews, but looking back there's some more complex ones, so +1 from me.

Thanks. Some more info (if relevant):

Maintaining (for what is maintaining nowadays) also Steam and a couple of games in RPMFusion.

Backports of all Bacula 5, 7.0 and 7.4 repositories along with the Bacula community (on their mailing list), especially for EPEL releases:

Plus some other personal repositories with stuff that can not be in Fedora and/or RPMFusion (binaries, licensing, etc.):

Well, it's been a week and only one +1. ;(

It's been 8 days, and the policy now is that if there's not enough votes after 7 days the request is closed... but you can reapply again whenever you feel you have more support lined up.

Sorry I don't get what this mean.

I should "rally some people in advance" to vote for me and get their word before asking for sponsorship here?

Who are these people?

From https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_sponsor_a_new_contributor#Becoming_a_Fedora_Package_Collection_Sponsor:

"Votes will be collected in the ticket for a week. At the end of that time, if the differential between positive and negative votes stands at +3 or greater, your request will be approved and you'll be promoted to sponsor status immediately, If not, your request will be closed. You may reapply anytime you feel you have more support. "

I have no idea why people didn't vote for or against you... perhaps many people are traveling or otherwise busy, or perhaps they didn't know you and have time to look at your reviews. The people who vote are existing packager-sponsors (who are cc'ed on this ticket)

To late, but +1 too. Slaneesh - being you.. Don't get unhappy from it, and simply reapply. It wil get better :)

The request was opened at an unfortunate time. The beginning of May is traditionally a "long weekend" across Europe due to International Workers' Day and other holidays. Many people were out on (short) vacations.

I would have +1 this. I just forgot to vote. Please make a new ticket, and hopefully you'll get 3 this time.

I think we have enough here; a new ticket would just get the same three votes and delay another week.

I've clicked the button; please use your powers for good.

Thank you very much to everyone!

I'm travelling as well, I would have created another ticket at my return.

Cheers from Japan.
