I'm looking to get sponsored as a package maintainer and need to be able to host rpms on fedorapeople.

Hey Andrew!

It looks like you already have sufficient permissions to access the webspace on fedorapeople.org. Did you already add a rsa-key to your FAS-account? If yes, you can login / upload files by e.g. scp or any sftp-client to there. You need to place the files for use on webspace in a folder called "public_html". If it is not present, just create it on top-level of your $HOME. Any subfolder-tree inside that dir will be 1:1 replicated on your webspace.
