I'm looking to help codonell with glibc updates this week,
specifically wrt some missing aarch64 patches.

As the package owner I authorize this. We need Richard's help here. There will be a lot of coordination between the tools team members and we'll need him to be able to operate autonomously when it comes to checking in AArch64 patches.
