Issue #112: New Evolution co-maintainer - packager-sponsors

I'd like to add Fabiano Fidencio (fidencio) as co-maintainer for the following packages I own:

evolution
evolution-data-server
evolution-ews
evolution-mapi
gtkhtml3

Fabiano is a member of the upstream Evolution team. I'll be helping him out with Fedora packaging duties. I need a sponsor to add him.

I have added them to the packager group. They should now be able to go to pkgdb and request acls for any of the packages they will be co-maintaining.

Please let us know if there's any problems or issues.
