Jeff Fearn (jfearn) has expressed an interest in returning to Fedora to help me maintain Publican and its various Perl dependencies. Jeff was previously a Fedora package maintainer, but gave that up a few years ago.

I'm not (yet) a sponsor, so I'm following the advice on the "How to get sponsored into the packager group" page and am opening this ticket to agree to be responsible for mentoring him in how to follow the Fedora Packaging Guidelines and how to use the tools Fedora provides for building and pushing packages.
