#26 Rename "sha256" cipher names

When the DHE server side support was added, two ciphers with incorrect naming sneaked in (probably when merging the two DHE patches): \
dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha256 \
dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha256

Rename the sha256 ciphers to sha_256
0001-Rename-leftover-ciphers-with-sha256-to-sha_256.patch

Sorry for the delay. I agree that the cipher names need to be changed but I don't want to blow up anyone who is already using them. I'm going to add in basic alias system so these and the misspelled camellia (I used camelia) can be more gracefully deprecated.
