The 'mod_nss_proxyvariables.patch' currently installs a missing 'NSSProxyNickname' error message that is currently located within a code-block that is never accessed via a proxy.

This error message should be moved outside of this code-block, and since the 'NSSProxyNickname' is not a mandatory selection, the error message should be downgraded to a 'warning'.

Fixed upstream in 17b99ffa79562164a1d4a51ced83c3512cc2d3dc which is part of mod_nss-1.0.13. F-24 has 1.0.14.
