Mindshare's Council Representative Responsibilities
---------------------------------------------------
Mindshare sees value in having *selected* seat assigned to a someone who will be taking care of the following responsibilities:

. Submit a status report about Fedora events to the Council in a Pagure repo
  .. How many $150 event happened?
  .. How many people took part?
  .. If there were any blockers

. Join and Classroom activities
  .. Hold Classroom or take part in motivating Fedora Join folks and then tell Council if some help is required.
  .. Support the tickets coming from Fedora Join SIG (mostly about onboarding contributors) with feedback and mostly views

. Understand the Fedora Mentored Project situation
  .. Help the Mentored Project Lead with participation from the overall Fedora community when we search for Projects and mentors

. Talk about Calendar events
  .. Release Parties, FWD and many more events are our calendar events and supporting those tickets with Votes, feedback and making sure the event reports are submitted

. Request for Badges for activities
  .. Help FCAIC create a ticket for Badges
  .. Making sure that badges reach the right people

. Participate in Council Meetings
  .. Regularly read council tickets and vote

. Be the voice of Mindshare to the Council and vice versa

. Help contributors across the globe to hold regular events and guide them to the right away, which is “where to file for budget” “how to get started with Fedora.”
