I am working on moving the Quarterly Update to the CommBlog. Please let me know if you see any changes that need to be made, below is a link to the preview. I will be asking the CommBlog editors to publish end of this week or beginning of next.

I also have a couple notes to make here:
- Since we are just kicking this off, we need a place to take feedback for improvements. I am going to point back to this ticket to collect that feedback, unless there are other ideas.
- For our next report, I would like to reach out to all the teams on the Mindshare "side" of Fedora to participate. I can think of at least a couple active teams that do not have a Mindshare rep (podcast, localization).
- We should create documentation around our process for the quarterly updates and add it to the Mindshare docs.
- We should all aim to add one item to the "Help Wanted" area for each report. It could be broad or specific. For example web & apps could add "front-end developers to work on Fedora websites & Apps" or Design team could list specific design tasks that need support. This is a nice opportunity to advertise for assistance! There is still time to add to this section, please comment asap on this ticket with your addition if you have something

Magazine Team

• Switched from using Tagia to using Pagure for tracking in-progress articles and article ideas
• Switched from using Libera Chat to using chat.fedoraproject.org for weekly meetings
• Implemented a chatbot to help with running the weekly meetings (zinebot)
• Updated the documentation for the aforementioned
• Began using Discourse's calendar to track the meeting and publication schedule (meeting schedule updated by Matt's fedocal2discourse bot)
