I would like to request swag for Chemnitzer Linux-Tage 2020, taking place at March 14th and 15th, 2020 in Chemnitz, Germany; it's estimated to have about 3000 visitors (like in the years before).

If the Fedora tablecloth is available for the event, we would like to use it – if not, we can also work without, given Chemnitzer Linux-Tage cheerfully provides us a white tablecloth anyway. The standup banners reach their EOL after 10+ years, but we still would try to use them once again.

Aside of that, we're happily taking whatever swag is currently available like e.g. stickers, pins, pens, flyers, booklets, t-shirts. Please avoid stickers that are meant as badge attachments, because there are no conference badges.

I guess shipping is handled by @bex like last year - if approved.

Today in the afternoon, the organizers of Chemnitzer Linux-Tage cancelled the event, see their official press release at https://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2020/en/presse/mitteilungen/absage for details. I already was in touch with them before and they were confident that the event could still take place due to their massive precautions. So, there won't be an event report for now (it is unclear if the event is just moved or really skipped) – are you accepting this as event report? ;-)

Hi,

as an originally planned member of the Fedora booth, I wanted/want to provide some screws, accessories to professionally mount the TFT (used to show Fedora) and Raspberry Pi + case + etc.
Where can I send all that stuff to? It's around two packages with ca. 30kg each in weight.

Currently, I'm no ambassador by myself but a sporadically active package maintainer and general contributor.
