Converting the structure of this repository so it can be consumed by the new build engine. This is related to the Antora migration happening this weekend: https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/docs-fp-o/issue/77

No actual content has been changed, only the new structure. Please merge this PR by the end of Sunday 29 July.

Looks good to me at a quick passthrough. I didn't give this a thorough review, but I'm okay to merge it and see what happens after Sunday.

I'll merge this now and we can follow-up if there are any noticeable issues post-deployment to production.
