#29 i3: update default background location

The i3 Live image currently shows no background image. As of F42, the default
backgrounds are in JXL format, so this file location needs to be updated; feh
does support JXL through imlib2. While current RHEL versions still use PNG,
i3 is X11 only and therefore unlikely to be included in EPEL 10 or later.

This begs the question though, has nobody tested the i3 Live image for the last two releases??
