This script will reflect keyboard layout configuration between localed DBus service and the running X11 based environment.

This is requirement for Anaconda to be able to control keyboard layouts in the Live environment. Requirement was implemented by

Can you also check if the file for the service exists? that way it's portable to it being eventually split out.
