Hello,

I have modified selfcheck.py to allow the user to select the set of packages she wants it to run on, select the where the tool emits its output and where to find both fedabipkgdiff and abipkgdiff.

I have also provided a default set of packages that comprises the critpath packages from Fedora 25 and updated the README.md file.

Please pull my 3 commits that are in the master branch of the dodji/libabigail-selfcheck repository.
