There is a hard-coded string in the koji-builder role that retrieves koj-hub data: https://pagure.io/kube-sig/koji-operator/blob/main/f/operator/roles/koji-builder/tasks/main.yml#_23

It needs to retrieve this information from the KojiBuilder CR annotation instead.
