#18 re-factor molecule tests

The molecule tests scenarios are based on "testing  backend" such as minikube, container, etc and this is not ideal.

Those test scenarios should be "component" based rather than backend based:

  • Koji-Hub
  • Koji-Hub + Dependent Component
  • All in one
  • ...

Where those tests run, such as minikube, kind cluster etc, could be defined by env vars instead of being "scenario based".
