Integrates some ci system with kiskadee.

Somehow the jenkins URL set-up for this is erroring out with:

JenkinsException: Error in request. Possibly authentication failed [403]: Forbidden

This is when python-jenkins tries to get the build info once it finished

Our CI is running here http://143.107.45.126:30130/.
