This small PR addresses a couple minor tweaks:
1. Rename's the .patch files to include a number corresponding to the order they should be applied
2. Includes bash scripts to perform the downloading/renaming/tweaking of tarballs for builds
3. Minor style cleanup, specifically to the 'BuildRequires' portions of the .spec files
