When I used to add Common Issues links to Bugzilla manually, I usually replaced the long topic in URL with "common-issues", so that you can see from the URL itself what this is about. Currently issuebot uses https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/NNN format, for example in this bug it's https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/79061. I think it would look nicer if it used https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/common-issues/79061 instead. What do you think?
