Currently, Issuebot prepends the Discussion link in the Whiteboard field on a bug. This makes Bugzilla's (admittedly not great) change emails harder to understand at a glance:

Appending to the existing field should, in theory, make this a little easier to understand at a quick glance.

I missed this before. Yeah, makes sense.
