Frustratingly, Southern_Gentlem decided to chastise another user for offering help to a third user:

I see nothing wrong with bookwar's help, and this could discourage him from helping in future.

Please describe what action or positive change could be adopted based on this feedback:

• I understand that different people will help differently, but there is no need to chastise users (especially when their input isn't wrong or unhelpful).

• Further, asking 'how you have tried' isn't helping - rather, it's just throwing the question back at someone who may not have the first clue what they are doing. This is support, not 20 questions.

Granted, pointing him towards a tutorial or howto would have been better, but I don't know of one :)
