Reopen Issue

Existing builds of idm-console-framework on all platforms is incompatible with the latest JSS 4.4 builds.

To correct this issue, new build and runtime dependencies >= latest build of JSS on that platform must be added to the idm-console-framework spec files on all platforms, and a new build of idm-console-framework with a version-release equal to or later than 1.1.17-3 must be created.
