This commit adds a new page to our docs that explains the trifecta of
how and where to report bugs related to i3 in Fedora. Three possible
pathways are explained:

  • Report upstream on GitHub
  • Report to Fedora maintainers on RHBZ
  • Report to i3 SIG on Pagure
