#68 Trac to Pagure transition

We recently migrated from Trac to Pagure. This ticket is just to make sure, do we have all any pending things in this regards.

Remaining things:

Posting ticket update message to #fedora-g11n.
Moving fedorahosted, git stuff to pagure,io git.
Updating Wiki links of issue ( @jibecfed is taking care of this)
Updating script for generating meeting agenda. ( @tagoh is looking into this. )
