https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Intelligent_Pinyin needs to be updated for future test day.

= reason =
This testcase is based on old feature in Fedora and trying to compare with "Pinyin" and "Intelligent Pinyin". it's not valid anymore since we don't have "Pinyin".

= recommendation/goal =
This page should be updated for basic functionality testing on ibus-libpinyin.
