#49 Internationalization talking points for Fedora 22

Fedora 22 final freeze on 12th May and is going to release on 26th May.

This is good time to write regarding improvements in Fedora 22 specifically from internationalization perspectives.

Lets talk how we can collaborate for same.

I was not aware there is generic page for talking points. We will use https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_22_talking_points rather than one planned earlier.

Since we are now collaborating as a G11N. I think for F23 we can even try for better one.
