Reopen Issue

For our Matrix channel, etc.

I started some discussion with the Design Team

There exists this "prior art" https://gitlab.com/fedora/design/team/logos/fedora-project-logos/-/issues/8 - which is certainly a nice starting point.

Justin Wheeler helped to sort out our channel on Oct 10 and give it a default icon.
It should be much more discoverable now (it was basically hidden before).

We can consider whether the I18n Project should adopt an logo icon of its own.

Discussed again: maybe we can consider using on https://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/I18N
and possibly matrix.

Currently we have https://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/File:Echo-i18n-48px.png from 2008
