#197 Expand ibus coverage in Fedora OpenQA

Currently OpenQA has some basic ibus tests I believe, but limited I think.
(Need to confirm the current status as a first step.)
It would be good to expand the coverage to more IMEs and core features
so that problems/regressions can be caught early by Fedora QA.
