#19 gnu-free-fonts issue for Indic

= phenomenon =
gnu-free-fonts rendering for Devanagri is broken and Bug related to priority for this is already fixed by pravin (bug 918478), but still Gnu-free fonts creating issue for Indic desktop.

This issues is resolved now. Basically we reopened earlier issues reported against gnu-free-sans

Now we are removing Indian languages from gnu-free-sans fontconfig file as well.
