Is there any quick way to launch the setup dialog of input method from ibus-gnome3?

For pinyin ime, maybe good to keep the 4 mode toggles in gnome-shell im menu.
As in China, our users already got familiar with the 4 mode toggles.
Keep the 4 mode toggles to avoid confusing our users, or try to find the 4 mode toggles back by themselves.
