Issue #91: rpm uninstall removes configuration file - gssproxy

The current spec file removes the configuration file on uninstall.

That should not be done.
At most the file should be renamed to .rpmsave, or just entirely ignored and left there.

I think it would only remove gssproxy.conf when it has not been modified at all.
