Issue #76: Generated gssproxy.conf file does not expand all macros - gssproxy

The generated gssproxy.conf file does contain non-expanded macros:

cred_store = ccache:FILE:@gpclidir@/krb5cc_%U
cred_store = client_keytab:@gpclidir@/%U.keytab
