#57 Allow to control gssproxy default behaviour

Closed: Fixed Opened Jan 18, 2013 by gd.

Since we added GSS_PROXY_USE env variable handling (ticket #50), apps need to set this variable in order to let the interposer plugin redirect to gssproxy.

Long-term, we would like to have a way (configure option) to control this behaviour, so that one can enforce the usage of gssproxy globally by changing this behaviour.

This patch has been added now to 0.2.2 and we set REMOTE_FIRST as new default in f19.
