#48 Build interposer test plugin to be embedded in MIT sources

We need to test the interposer infrastucture we are going to donate to MIT.
The tests should assure no regressions are made in the internal SPI so that interposer plugins are not broken.
We will do this by creating a test interposer plugin that simply re-enters gssapi and uses a local mechanism. This is sufficient to validate that the interposer funciotnality does not regress and loops or breaks.

Ongoing work for this ticket happens in this tree:
http://fedorapeople.org/cgit/gd/public_git/krb5.git/ (not yet visible).

Its a simple reenter gssapi plugin, need to figure out how to avoid recursion.
